Fleet Auditorium - USS Kuseth
EF POINTS
Points gained by taking part in "events". One point per event unless otherwise announced.
For each point, one day is removed from the amount of time required in order to be promoted in fleet.
EVENTS
Events that gain you EF Points are any mission, PVE or PVE (except Dil farming) completed with 3 or more fleet members.
Members submit event reports via the member's website to have them automatically added to their totals!
LIEUTENANT TO COMMANDER
2 months with the fleet with time off for event participation.
month is taken off time with the fleet.
Minimum of one month with the fleet required.
Kicked if inactive from STO for 30 days from date of recruitment.
COMMANDER TO CAPTAIN
4 months with the fleet with time off for event participation.
With 30 events attended, one month is taken off time with the fleet.
With 60 events attended, two months are taken off time with the fleet.
Minimum of two months with the fleet required.
COMMODORE
Minimum of 6 months with the fleet and NO demotions during that time
Officers will submit testimonials/nominations for officers deserving of the rank.
Promotions based on exceptional efforts for the fleet and its members.
This process will be completed quarterly.

Members who join/host fleet events without an officer present must complete the event log form on the fleet website. Please complete all areas.

Dilithium farming will NOT be considered an event contributing to time off promotions.

The event must be completed with at least 3 fleet members. Certain circumstances will allow for only 2 fleet members to be present but
will be accepted at the discretion of the officer informed/present.
